You may return items that you purchased from us for any reasons within 7 days of receiving the items. Unless the product is faulty or damaged, all returns or refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the items.
We aim to exchange the items within 7 days from us receiving the items. Please note that all exchanged items will incur a 20% restocking fee and there will be additional freight charges that will be incurred to you for us to resend the items. Please ask us to quote the additional freight charges.
The item/s must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavour to resell it. We cannot accept returns on products that have been installed or products that are not returned in the exact condition in which they were sent out to you.
Please understand that we unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or items that are imported especially for you.
